RULE No.2

Sleep as long as you can. Avoid waking up early.

here are some tips to do as I said:

1. Have a good reason to sleep along.

2. Be as slow as you can in the mornings.
3. Get enough sleep.
4. Go to bed after 3AM.
5. Sleep less effectively.
6. After every alarm snooze another 10 minutes.
7. Stay calm and safe in bed.
8. Don't use an alarm clock.
9. Establish a stable disastre.
10. Have nothing to look forward to.
11. Don't be aware of the consequences.
12. Think while sleeping at another good option.
13. Have a similarly motivated buddy.
14. Don't manage your time.
15. Review all the things you don't wanna do today.
